Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before returning an item, and obtain authorization and return instructions.

Authorized returns are sent to Wovnstate, 4 Place De La Liberation A/1, 59660 Merville, France. This return address is in France. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including the applicable international return postage. We pay return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or affected by our error. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return and resolution. The ordinary original-condition requirement does not prevent assistance for an item received damaged, defective or incorrect.

There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Contact us if you need help with your return or refund.
